Hands down the best read of 2024 ❤️🔥 I would rate this higher than 5 star if I could! Beautifully written, easy to follow, and I could not put it down. Perfect amount of world building, character depth, and plot twists!
The second book in an epic tale with twists and turns along the way that took me through all the feels. Finding her way home, the strong FMC works to save her loved ones and the entire realm. Epic character dynamics and I absolutely love how the author created steamy tension without even being explicit. This is one of those books where the author hides little Easter egg hints throughout that piqued my curiosity and constantly gave me new and changing theories (which is my favorite kind of read). And this second book did. Or disappoint! V.B. Lacey truly created a masterpiece with this series!!
