Oh my goodness, I loved everything about this book! The author did such a great job capturing character emotions and building the dystopian world through the experiences. I loved the FMC. She has a big protective heart and worries about everyone above herself. She has an inspiring story of self discovery and unlocking the mysteries of who she is. I LOVED the MMC. He gives all the best Four from Divergent feels with crooked smiles, being mysterious and protective, and he’s a unit leader. The found family in this has stolen my heart. This is an urban dystopian fantasy filled with high stakes moments and all the best swoon! I will immediately start book two! For fans of Divergent, urban fantasy, and swoon!
