Reading this gave me all the feels I LOVED when reading Hush Hush for the first time 🙌🏻 and I thoroughly enjoyed every second!
You get a high school girl who has caught the attention of a mysterious stranger who might be following her and you get all the wonderful tension and flirty banter to go along with it. Throw forbidden love in the mix and the swoon really takes off.
And it isn’t a good love story if there isn’t a love triangle with a pushy and alluring MMC thrown in the mix. I love how this dynamic was added without feeling too angsty.
The story is easy to follow, with magical world building of an ancient wooded kingdom outside a small town in Georgia.
There are fun little mysteries and Easter eggs along the way that give you the space to wonder and make theories. This was a fun and magical world to be whisked away to.
I absolutely loved having a grandma character that felt like my grandma 💗
