Wow! Amazing 5 ⭐️ romantasy read!! Yessss! This is the arranged marriage with Capt!ve x captor I needed in my life!! Complete with morally gray shadow fae and his completely feral human bride. This story takes you on a journey filled with all the enchanting beings and creatures, beautiful worlds, magical castles. The political intrigue that follows the prophecy unfolding is a ride! I was so sucked into the story. I could not quit reading. You will feel all the feels in this one. Did I cry in the first chapters? Yes 😭 AND you get a true enemies to lovers with a villain that is questionably redeemable. I fall for villains too easily and even I was like ‘how are we going to redeem this one?’ 🤭 But I fell hard. I really enjoyed how the slow burn of the enemies to lovers played out and the twists that came along with that. It gives Beauty and the Beast feels. I immediately went from book one to book two because I could not handle stepping away from this story! Honestly, I was not okay 😅 and I needed to see how this twist will be redeemed.

I really enjoyed the hate to lovers banter and completely feral fighting matches with the sweet tender caretaking and protective moments. I would love to read this again and know I’ll enjoy it just as much the second time.
