This was such a fun read. I loved the drama that the lonely library has with her volition ex. I love that she confides in the gargoyle statue in her office when she has no one else to talk to. The magic of him actually being a gargoyle shifter was a Swoony shift in the plot and I loved how much of a protective cinnamon roll he is. Nancy is a gentle librarian with a hopeful spirit, despite her situation. And, I loved seeing her stand up for herself when I could tell she was not normally strong like that! He protects her and she saves him. I can tell this will be a fun series to read through.
