Love love love this!! I really enjoy the satisfaction of the FMC getting the beautiful, adoring love she deserves. The book starts with a painful twist for the 47 year old FMC, but quickly covers her in protection, healing, and revenge through the shifter region. You get a well deserved fate mate makeover in her life and I’m here for this 🙌🏻
You get suspense throughout this book, balanced by the protective, possessive care of the MMC. This is a slow burn, so it’s not an instalove feeling fated mates. You get tension and yearning and time for her to accept and figure things out.
